Early Years Practitioner

Our OUTSTANDING nursery (May 2023) currently has a new vacancy for an Early Years Practitioner due to the promotion of the current postholder, to provide high quality care and learning opportunities for children age 3 months to 5 years old. We are looking for someone fun, flexible and willing to learn.
We are seeking team players who want to continue to develop their excellent early years practice. Fantastic opportunities for professional development and training available. We are a trauma and attachment aware school, a Forest school and SEND Hub. We are a large nursery team who are dedicated in supporting young children to grow. Part Time Cleaner Required
We are seeking to appoint two reliable, dedicated and hardworking part-time cleaners to join our Site Team.
You will undertake general cleaning duties in all parts of our large and busy building to ensure it is safe, clean and hygienic. Primarily, the centre is for children between 3 months and 5 years, meaning a dedicated and
conscientious attitude towards a high standard is essential. A ‘that’ll do’ attitude, simply will not do!
DBS Clearance will be required.
Hours of work will be 6.00pm – 8.00pm, Monday – Friday (10 hrs per week) – Permanent – 52 weeks per year
FTE Salary is: £24,225 (Hampshire County Council Grade A) – Actual salary: £6,548.04
Generous leave entitlement of 24 days plus public holidays and eligible for the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Governors are strategic leaders within schools and have a vital role in making sure every child gets the best possible education.
Governing bodies have a strong focus on three core functions:
Our Governing Body currently meet once a month, except for April and December. As Governor you would attend these meetings, having read the information shared before and be ready to ask questions and find out more. Visits to the schools also form part of the monitoring role and some Governors have individual special responsibilities.
No one Governor is expected to know it all and we work together as a team to support one another, bringing our own strengths and areas of interest. Our shared skill is our commitment and interest in our children’s futures and achieving the best for all.
