Naomi - Thomas Outreach Programme Worker

Meet Naomi. She is our Thomas Outreach Programme (TOP) Worker.  Your child would need to be referred to Naomi by one of your professionals, such as; Paediatrician, Speech & Language Therapist, SENco or a Health Visitor.  From here, Naomi would support children who need a little extra help, to get their child ready to transition to school.  TOP workers also stay alongside your child during their first term of school to ensure the transition is successful.
